Our Rosé is made from 100% Shiraz grapes grown at our farm in the Upper Chittering. Picked in the cool of the evening, crushed and left on skins for 12 hours to lock in that vibrant pink colour. Pressed, cold settled recked off lees then cold fermented to dry.
Hints of strawberries and cream.
Wildflower
Silver Princess (Eucalyptus caesia). A beautiful small and weeping mallee that's a favourite among Aussie gardeners and landscapers. Large pinky red flowers appear in autumn through to spring.
