Crafted with 55% whole bunch fermentation to encourage carbonic maceration, this vibrant nouveau bursts with lifted raspberry and redcurrant on the nose. The palate follows with fresh, juicy red fruits and underlying notes of savoury spice, light on tannin and full of life. Best enjoyed chilled.

Fuchsia Grevillea (Grevillea bipinnatifida). A low-spreading shrub with attractive deeply divided foliage. Large vibrant crimson flowers appear from winter to summer. A magnet for nectar-feeding birds.
