A small batch, limited release méthode traditionnelle Chenin Blanc, aged for 9 years on lees. This wine will continue to evolve and gain complexity with further aging under cork.
Hints of toasted hazelnut, honey and lemon curd.

Many Headed Dryandra (Dryandra polycephala). The botanical name polycephala is of Greek origin, meaning "many heads", an apt description, as each stem is lined with numerous bright yellow flowers from base to tip.
