A true field blend of 70% Shiraz and 30% Chenin Blanc, picked and fermented together. Zippy citrus from the Chenin meets pomegranate and forest fruits from Chittering Shiraz, with a single barrel of our premium Firewood Shiraz adding weight and body to the palate. Best enjoyed chilled.
Wildflower
Queen of Sheba Orchid (Thelymitra pulcherrima). One of Australia's rarest and most beautiful orchids, with striking pink petals and reddish sepals. A rare winter bloomer found only in sandy soils between Perth and Geraldton in Western Australia.
