100% Shiraz from our Mooliabeenee vineyard. Picked in the cool of the evening, fermented on skins for 10 days before being basket pressed. Seasoned in 33% new Hungarian Oak barriques where it aged for 16 months before bottling.
Hints of red berries, white pepper and vanilla.
Wildflower
Firewood Banksia (Banksia menziesii). An iconic species found around Perth and one of our favourites. It grows naturally in the remnant banksia bushland at our cellar door and flowers from late summer into winter.
